Please book an appointment by calling our friendly reception team on (02) 6282 3848. If your dentist or doctor has sent us an urgent referral, we’ll make sure you’re seen promptly.

What is needed for your appointment

To help us prepare and give you the best care, please ensure we have:

A referral letter from your dentist, GP, or specialist (needed to claim a Medicare rebate).
Any recent X-rays or scans (for wisdom teeth, an OPG taken within the last 12 months is ideal).
Your Medicare card, private health fund card, DVA or Centrelink details.
A list of your current medications and any important medical history (a summary from your GP can be very helpful).
Notes or reports from previous dental or medical treatments.

Your first consultation is a chance for us to take a detailed look at your situation and explain your options. Here’s what you can expect:

Review of your X-rays or scans, and if needed, we can arrange additional imaging on-site.
A treatment plan tailored to your needs, including the recommended procedure, risks and benefits, and a written quote.
Time to ask questions so you feel confident and well-informed about your next steps.

At the end of your appointment, our aim is for you to leave with a clear understanding of your condition, your options, and a plan that feels right for you.

Fees & Rebates

We believe in being upfront and transparent about costs.

The consultation fee is payable on the day.
Medicare rebates are available with a valid referral for our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons consultations.
Private health funds generally don’t cover consultation fees, but may assist with surgical procedures.
All surgical fees will be explained clearly, including what is covered by Medicare and/or your private health insurance.
